[LCBB] Turn-in instructions for Spirit Wear forms

I will be at the High School cafeteria on Wed evening Dec 2nd from 6:30 PM
until 7:00 PM to collect Spirit Wear forms.

Coaches - please drop of your team's order forms and payment during that
timeframe.

Others - if you have not turned your form into your coach yet, you can also
drop off at this time as well.
