[LCGBBC] Tournament Final Planning Meeting - Wed 7PM @ High School Cafeteria

We'll be having a final planning meeting this Wednesday.  Please try to
attend.
 
Those that definitely need to attend are:
-Board Members
-Kyle Liebeck
-Anyone who helped with concession planning/purchasing in previous years
- and is available
-Coaches or reps from teams that are volunteering this weekend.  We'll
be providing a checklist to help you and your team.
 
Kim T - can you please reserve the cafeterial for us?  Also, we have not
spoken to the Boys Freshman, JV and Varsity parents about volunteering
yet.  We'll need their help on Friday Jan 23rd - when the girls have
games.  Please help spread the word and we'll sign them up formally
before then.
