[LCBB] L-C Booster Club Bylaws for review - To approved in Sept 16th meeting

The proposed bylaws have been updated with the changes discussed in our
August meeting.
 
At our September 16th meeting, we will be considering final comments and
then taking a vote to adopt.  
 
Please review the bylaws prior to the meeting.  If you see something that
you think should be changed, please email me prior to the meeting.  I'll
compile any suggested changes and bring them to the meeting for review.  We
do not plan to do a line-by-line review of the document - we did that in the
last meeting. 
 
The bylaws were updated last fall when we merged the boys and girls clubs.
The recent changes are in section 3, pertaining to youth team guidelines.
There were also a few other minor changes.  The changes are not highlighted
in the document, but there is a a copy of the original bylaws on the website
- if you care to do a side-by-side comparison.
 
The updated bylaws are on the website: www.spartanbb.org
 
Choose Members from the left menu and then Bylaws and click the 'Draft
Bylaws" link.
