[LCBB] Volunteer Needs for this weekend's 3x3 tournament

Hello Everyone,

We are running our 3x3 tournament this weekend.  If you are
interested, the schedule and other information is on our website:
www.spartanbb.org

Since all games are on one day and we are only running concessions at
the Primary school, our volunteer needs are much less than for our
January tournaments.

Therefore, we are taking a less formal approach to signing up volunteers.

Our score tables will be staffed by the high school boys and girls
players.  The coaches are organizing that.  I expect we'll need a few
adults to fill in here and there.

For concessions, we plan to staff about 4 dedicated people at a time
and then fill in with others during the busy times.  We are already
reaching out to specific people to fill these dedicated spots.  If you
are interested in volunteering for one of these spots and can work a
few hours, contact Dawn Hanson (dhanson at luxcasco.k12.wi.us).  If you
are going to be at the tournament with a 3x3 player and have a couple
solid hours that you want us to schedule you for, also contact Dawn.
Otherwise, if you are there and have an hour off, head over to the
concession stand and see if they need any help.

In the gyms (we have 9 hours of games at the Primary and 4.5 hours of
games at the Intermediate) we need about 5 people to make sure things
keep running smoothly.  Again we have he first few of these people
identified, but if you would like to volunteer to run a clock, fill in
at a score table or help keep the results boards up to date, contact
me.
