has voted on each motion consistant with the opinion of those present
at the meeting.  Therefore, even though only 7 people cast votes -
those 7 people are voting based upon their opinion as infulenced by he
members present at the meeting.

In the case of the approval of $1,000 funding for the coach bus to
Madison - all 7 members voted in favor of the expenditure.   A single
member present spoke against the the funding request.  Had members
present spoken out against the funding request, the outcome of the
vote would likely have been different.

A major factor in appoving this request was our equal funding
principle.  The varsity boys team team recieved funding for traveling
uniforms and practice jerseys.   The girls program chose to request a
coach bus.
