everyone,</FONT></SPAN></DIV>

<DIV><SPAN class=297375122-29062009><FONT face=Arial size=2>As some of you may
have heard, the L-C basketball boosters are going to take possession of some of
the existing wood floor from the High School gym. This is in the hopes of
coming up with a fundraising idea for the wood. </FONT></SPAN></DIV>

<DIV><SPAN class=297375122-29062009><FONT face=Arial size=2>After 2 weeks of
trying to talk to the contractor that is doing the new gym floor - I finally
talked to him today. So, this is very short notice. They begin
taking the floor out on Tuesday afternoon (tomorrow). I was in the gym
today marking off a few key areas that I want salvaged in larger pieces.
Beyond that, I'm asking them to take out 4x8 sections that we can possession
of. I'd like to get as many of them as possible. We can always
destroy them later if we don't use them all. I'll also ask for a
few 6x10 sections in case someone has an idea that requires larger
sections.</FONT></SPAN></DIV>

<DIV><SPAN class=297375122-29062009><FONT face=Arial size=2>When I was there
today, I saw a sample that they had removed. It comes out in really good
shape with 5/8 inch subfloor and about 1/2 inch maple on top. It does have
nails coming out of the bottom of the subfloor that will need to be ground
off.</FONT></SPAN></DIV>

<DIV><SPAN class=297375122-29062009><FONT face=Arial size=2>So, I need your

the nails and haul them away.</FONT></SPAN></DIV>

on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday or Friday of this week. Ideally we would

they come out. I am going there at noon on Tuesday to have a final

2:30PM. </FONT></SPAN></DIV>

on what to do with the wood for fundraising ideas. Dan at Bayshore gave me
a whole bunch of ideas of what they can do with their CNC machine that does
precision cutting, but I don't yet know if we can make money doing it.
Green's Landscape is going to make a prototype bench for us out of a piece and I
think he has a few more ideas. I've heard a couple girls say that they
might like a trophy case/shelf. I'm going to call the High School Woods teacher
to see if he can help us out at all.</FONT></SPAN></DIV>
